Marriage on Mission Ministries

We are Tom and Sandi Blaylock and we started Marriage on Mission Ministries in 2016 after writing a book telling our story of ministry burnout and the struggles that followed for years to come. Like many ministry couples we found ourselves exhausted, anxious and slipping toward increased conflict in our marriage. We also struggled in our faith as we honestly wondered where God was in the midst of our pain, disappointment and growing cynicism. By the time we got help it was too late for us to stay at the church we planted and pastored, but it wasn't too late for our marriage. We spent years healing and trying to rebuild not only a healthy marriage, but a vibrant ministry partnership - and over 20 years later we are still on that journey. Our mission is to encourage and equip ministry-minded couples with the EQ tools and coaching needed to build a healthy marriage and sustainable ministry partnership.
